These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings for the Tunas Kijang Concert 2026 made through this website. The website is operated by Krista Education Sdn. Bhd. (266347-X). By completing a booking, you agree to these terms.
The Graduation Ceremony will be held in the morning for graduating six-year-olds. The Concert will be held in the afternoon for all four-, five-, and six-year-olds. All timings are indicative and may be subject to change on the day.
Seat booking is open to the parent or legal guardian of an enrolled child. You will need the eight-character booking code, which will be shared by Tunas Kijang through a post on the TKBuddy App before bookings open. Only one booking may be made per child.
Please keep your booking code private. Anyone who has access to your code may make a booking for your child and access the resulting ticket. Please inform the Tunas Kijang administration immediately if you suspect that your code has been used by someone else without your permission.
The fee is a single payment per child and includes two seats together for the child's family. It also covers the concert costume, transport for rehearsals, professional photography and videography, and refreshments during the event.
Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Online bookings open on 3 November 2026. All tickets must be purchased through this website.
Your selected seats will be held for 15 minutes while you complete your booking. If payment is not completed within this period, the seat hold will expire, and the seats will be released for sale. You may then start a new booking.
Only one booking per child may be in progress at any given time.
A booking is confirmed only after payment has been successfully confirmed by your bank and the ticket has been issued. Reaching the payment page does not confirm your booking.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to another child, except in unforeseen circumstances, subject to the management review and approval.
The event will be photographed, livestreamed, and recorded. By attending the event, you acknowledge that you and your family may appear in photographs, livestreams, and recordings made during the event, which may be used for our records.
If you prefer not to appear in these materials, please notify the Tunas Kijang administration through the TKBuddy App or email us at tunaskijang@krista.com.my before the event.
Personal photography for private use is welcome. However, please do not use flash photography during performances or publish images featuring other people's children without their consent.
Payments are processed by Billplz, with FPX online banking as the only available payment method. We do not receive or store your banking credentials. Your bank's terms and conditions apply to the payment transaction.
We aim to keep this website available throughout the booking period but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. If a technical issue prevents you from completing a booking, please contact the Tunas Kijang Level Administrators through the TKBuddy App or email us at itsupport@krista.com.my. We will assist you where possible.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms.
